PCA (Personal Care Assistant) services is available to clients who are enrolled in state Medical Assistance, a MCO (managed care organization), Minnesota Care expanded benefits, (AC) Alternative Care, or a waiver program. Millineum Health Services
Personal Care Assistants deliver supportive care services by helping you live as independently as possible and with your loved ones.

PCAs provide services and support to help you with:

• Daily living activities such as bathing, eating, grooming, and mobility needs.
• Health related needs such as assistance with medications, and other necessary healthcare needs
•  Behavior and mental help
• Housekeeping, grocery shoping, and meal preparations

At Millineum Health care Services, Inc. our staff of homemakers and colleagues are ready to assist you with your daily living things by providing to you the following services

• Shopping and other personal errands
  Using the telephone
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship
• Safety supervision

Millinuem Health Services Inc. Nurse will evaluate your overall health situation every 45-60 days and provide healthcare assessments and care plan for you. If your health situation gets worse, our nurse will make sure to contact your case manager or clinic to give your health and health and wellness updates.
